Today, my sister and I created a new microcommunity. It's a sort of personal Twitter. The members post short status update messages, just like on Twitter, but this is a community - in this case one especially about veganism, animal rights and similar issues.

Tabernus - The Green Cafe

I've joined a new online social networking site. It has everything I missed on My Space. There's no music here, but now I never meet anyone who isn't like me. On My Space I got lost in the crowds. Of course, you're probably supposed to keep in touch with friends you already know, not make new ones.

Another thing I miss is the petitions, but there are plenty of those on Care2. Here in Sweden, we have Vegan.nu, but nothing like Care2, not that I know of anyway. It's a shame, but maybe there aren't enough people who are interested, which is a shame too.

All these sites are fantastic. I can really recommend them all. Naturally providing you're interested in veg*anism, animal rights, human rights and the environment.
